Groove Your Classroom takes drum kit rhythms and places them across common classroom percussion instruments and shows how these can be delivered in practical ways that are both musical and theoretical .
The classroom workshop is then built around those grooves giving the piece a particular groove or energy from which to build the whole class composition.
There are three units in the series.
This second unit unit focuses on the Reggae (including Bob Marley One Love, Human Nature Tarrus Riley and Hold My Hand Sean Paul) Tumbao (using Santana's Oye Como Va), and Dancehall (using Cheap Thrills Sia, Sorry Justin Bieber and Treat You Better Shawn Mendes) grooves from the Caribbean. The resource includes play alongs, how to use the instrument videos, audio resources and background information to each of the grooves. Human Nature, , Hold My Hand,
