Bob Marley's iconic One Love/People Get Ready was released in 1977. Being a Marley song it is of course in the reggae style.

This is in the original key of Bb and uses Bb, B, Eb and Gm. The song as a strong percussion base and featured parts for guitar and keyboards. The challenge in this song is achieving the authenticity of the reggae genre.

Play Now resources are designed to bridge the gap between Musical Futures play alongs (and other multi media supported resources) and independent aurally led student learning. Play Now provides support and guidance where it is likely necessary to assist learning but leaves room for students to examine, experiment and problem solve their own outcomes in preparing their performance of their chosen song.
