Using the menu on the left you will be able to access all of the resources from Musical Futures International.

PLAY ALONGS

Musical Futures play alongs are a key 'first access' resources that can be used to support and extend student experience. They can be used in conjunction with Just Play or as an extension to the Everyone Can Play resources.

They can also be used as stand alone materials.

Consisting audio visual resources play alongs support whole class instrumental performing, composing and improvising. All play alongs include two video files - Full Recording and Click Track while almost all also include two further play along videos being a Backing Track (No Vocals) and Bass and Drums only.

The section of the songs is deliberately current and contemporary so as to best reflect some of the guiding principles of Musical Futures including:

Engaging– learning is practical and hands-on
Relevant – starts with music that learners engage and identify with
Sociable – it is collaborative and with friends
Informal – led by learners with teachers/leaders modelling, guiding, supporting
